Mon - Friday: 6:00 pm est to 10:30 pm est
Any e-mails sent after 10:30 pm est will be addressed the following business day.

Shipping Info

We are trying to fix our shipping issues... WE DO REFUND IF IT IS OVER THE TRUE AMOUNT
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after orders are placed, although processing times can increase during busier times. 
USPS & UPS estimated ship times are IN ADDITION to the processing times and we do not have any control over that :( 


Double check your shipping addresses, we will NOT be responsible for any packages sent to an incorrect address. all info is entered by you when you are checking out, we do not modify anything to that info.

Your tracking numbers are sent automatically by email when orders are packed, if you do not get one please log into your account, you will find your tracking numbers there. If you do not see one please use the form below. 
Once we ship your order, We ask that you allow 7-9 business days to be delivered. This is the time frame from the USPS before a package is considered lost and a claim can be opened. 
If that does happen and your package is lost and you do not get your package after the 7-9 business days please reach out to us so
we can get things resolved.
If orders are over $25.00 we ship them priority. Any orders over $100 will be sent with signature conformation. Please make sure you put a shipping address where the package can be signed for. 
First Class packages have NO insurance, and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen
Priority packages are insured 
please take multiple pictures of the
packaging and e-mail them to us at ddgquestions@gmail.com 
within 48 hours of receiving your order 
We will not replace or refund any order while package is in transit and there is movement on it. If you have any issue with tracking please contact us we can check on it for you ddgquestions@gmail.com 
once an order is placed.
